Srinivas Ramineni, Esq.

2014 ImmigrationManaging Partner and founder Srinivas “Sri” Ramineni, Esq. was born in Hyderabad, India, and has traveled extensively giving him a broad perspective of the world and a deep appreciation for the special needs of immigration clients. He is fluent in Telugu, Hindi, Urdu, and English. He has years of experience practicing law in both the U.S. and India.

Ramineni Law Associates is founded on Sri’s thorough and thoughtful approach to representation, along with his personal tenets of integrity and commitment to excellence. Sri graduated with a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School cum laude in 2003. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from Osmania University, India, 1995, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Osmania University, India. He is admitted to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar.

Michelle C. Shepard, Esq.

Title: NIV Department Managing Attorney
Michelle Shepard is the Manager of the H-1B Department at Ramineni Law Associates. Ms. Shepard’s areas of practice include temporary employment based visas, including H-1B, TN, E-3, and other employment based categories.

Ms. Shepard joined the firm as a Law Clerk in the Civil Litigation Department in 2010 while attending New England Law | Boston. While attending New England Law | Boston, Ms. Shepard wrote for and was published in the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law. Ms. Shepard attended Johnson and Wales University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2009. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Taimoor Choudhry, Esq.

Title: NIV Department Associate Attorney
Taimoor Choudhry is an Associate Attorney for the H-1B Department at Ramineni Law Associates. Mr. Choudhry assists the H-1B Department with non-immigrant visa petitions, including H-1Bs, TNs, E-3s, and other employment based categories. Born in Karachi Pakistan, Mr. Choudhry possesses a unique international perspective which grants him tremendous insight into the needs of immigration clients. Mr. Choudhry is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and English.

Mr. Choudhry graduated with a J.D. from Penn State Law and a M.A. in International Affairs from Penn State University, the School of International Affairs. While attending Penn State Law, Mr. Choudhry wrote for the Journal of Law and International Affairs. He attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell where obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Choudhry is admitted to practice law in New York State and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Paul Reifler Messenger is an Associate Attorney for the H-1B Department at Ramineni Law Associates. Mr. Messenger assists the H-1B Department with non-immigrant visa petitions, including H-1Bs, L-1s, E-3s, and other employment based categories.  Mr. Messenger earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2010 and a Bachelor’s degree cum laude in History from Brandeis University in 2006. He has exclusively practiced employment and family based immigration law since 2011. Mr. Messenger is passionate about finding creative and practical immigration solutions for his clients. He is a member of the Massachusetts State Bar and the Federal Bar for the District of Massachusetts. He has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2011 and has volunteered for AILA in a variety of different roles.

Vijoy Joseph, Esq.

Vijoy Joseph is the Managing Attorney in the Permanent Residency Visa Department at Ramineni Law Associates. Mr. Joseph primarily focuses on green card processing, including labor certifications, I-140s, I-485s, and other petitions.

Mr. Joseph was born in U.A.E. and raised in the U.S., but still remains in touch with his South Indian roots. He is fluent in Malayalam and English. Mr. Joseph earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Psychology from University of Georgia. He is licensed to practice in the state of Missouri.

Dayna Lally is an Associate Attorney for the I-140 Department at Ramineni Law Associates. Ms. Lally primarily focuses on employment-based immigrant petitions, including PERM recruitment, audits, appeals, I-140s, I-485s, EAD and AP applications.

Ms. Lally earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston and her Bachelor of Science in Sociology, Criminology, and Law from Suffolk University.  During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Lally studied abroad at the Univerzita Karlova in Prague, Czech Republic. Ms. Lally is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the state of Michigan.
